There is LOT to consider in planning and organizing any event, so please consider this: We offer a special flat rate of $750 to Supervise and Host self-planned events. This includes both directing the rehearsal, cueing the ceremony and supervising all reception activities from set up to break down.

48-Hour Wedding or Event Package Supervisor & Host Includes detailed wedding/event plan review
and facility/site walkthrough & meeting prior to event.
Complete Wedding or Event Planning: $3000 minimum:
A to Z planning of every detail according to your plans
Includes Rehearsal direction and ceremony/banquet Supervision
Wedding or Event Planning Consultation: $35 per hour
For Self-Planners: Hourly rate for phone and email consultation and professional, competent vendor referrals – you decide how much assistance you need.
Wedding or Event Day Host Package: $750 Flat Rate

Host Wedding or Event Reception
Extracurricular arrangements, i.e. lodging, transportation, adventure activities, showers, parties, spa appointments, etc. billed separately at $35 per hour
50% non-refundable deposit for flat rate services is due upon contraction.
Balance of flat rate fee due 30 days prior to event date.
Balance is due & non-refundable for less than 30 days notice of cancellation.
